Terms & Privacy Policy

Definitions

• Vehicle: The motor vehicle rented as per Rental Schedule.
• Rental Schedule: Document detailing Vehicle, Rental Period, Rates, Fees, and approved drivers.
• Rental Period: Time from pickup to return of the Vehicle.
• Renter: The individual or entity renting the Vehicle.
• Driver: Anyone approved to operate the Vehicle under this Agreement.
• Extras: Optional equipment or services (e.g., GPS, child seat).
• Rates: Agreed rental charges as per the Rental Schedule.

Rental Terms

The Company agrees to rent the Vehicle to the Renter under the following conditions:

• Possession & Use: Renter shall use the Vehicle only for lawful personal use and within permitted geographies.
• Condition & Inspection: Vehicle is provided "as-is". Renter must inspect prior to departure.
• Ownership: Vehicle and any extras remain property of Rent Armada.

Payment, Deposits & Fees

• Rental charges, taxes, surcharges due upfront or upon booking.
• Security deposit held and refunded upon compliant return.
• Additional fees for excess mileage, fuel replacement, late returns, cleaning, tolls, fines.

• Payment Method Storage: Customer payment details are stored securely and may be used for reservation extensions or to cover any additional charges incurred.

Insurance & Liability

• Renter must maintain liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage.
• Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) optional, limits Renter's out-of-pocket costs.
• Renter responsible for damage, theft, or loss not covered by insurance or LDW.

Driver Qualifications & Use Restrictions

• Authorized drivers must be ≥ minimum age with a valid license.
• Prohibited uses: commercial hire, towing, intoxication, off-road driving, carrying passengers for hire.

Vehicle Return

• Return Vehicle to specified location, on time, full fuel, same condition (normal wear allowed).
• Late returns incur additional rental charges.
• No refund for early returns unless agreed in writing.

Damage, Accidents & Theft

Renter must notify Company and law enforcement immediately if damage, accident, or theft occurs.

Renter liable for repair costs and loss of use fees while Vehicle is unavailable.

Personal Property

Company is not responsible for loss or damage of Renter's personal items in the Vehicle.

Indemnification & Termination

Renter indemnifies Company against claims arising from Vehicle use. Company may terminate agreement and repossess Vehicle for breaches or unsafe use.

Governing Law & Entire Agreement

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [State/Country]. This document and the Rental Schedule constitute the entire agreement.

Personal Information

We collect personal data (name, contact, driver's license) to facilitate rentals, ensure insurance compliance, and communicate booking details.

Data Use & Sharing

• Data used solely for rental operations and legal compliance.
• Shared with insurance providers and law enforcement when required.
• Not sold to third parties.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
